ListingPage Inc. (https://www.listingpage.ca), as "ListingPage" below, is committed to provide high quality services and customer support in a timely manner. Please read and confirm the service agreement.

By placing an order with ListingPage, you, could be the property owner or a realtor, as "Client" or "You" in below, agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scheduling an Appointment

Clients can place the order via emails, phone calls, or ListingPage's website. ListingPage will check availability and confirm orders with clients during business hours. The time slot selected via the online booking system is not considered confirmed (these are client preferred date & time) until the time slot is confirmed by the customer service team.

Our general onsite working hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00AM to 5:30PM local time (except public holidays). Time slots are provided based on “First come, first serviced” principle, Listing Page will not hold time slots for unconfirmed appointments. Our cut-off time for next-day booking is 5 PM.

Turnaround

All the services provided by ListingPage follow the regular turnaround. ListingPage does not provide rush services or exceptions.

Reschedule & Cancellation

Reschedule or Cancel the appointment before the appointment date ----- No Charge
Reschedule or Cancel the appointment on the same day of appointment ----- $49

Waiting Time for appointment with no access:
The ListingPage photographers/ technicians will wait for 20 mins if they have no access to the property (unfinished conditions, no keys, lockbox code doesn't open, agent/seller not show up etc.) The team will catch up for the next appointment after the time period. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made, please contact customer service to reschedule the appointment ($49 onsite service fee will be applied to invoice). Travel fee (if applicable) will be applied again at the second trip.

Travel Fee

Clients understand that the Travel Fee is not included in the quotation when the order is placed online, the service charge will be quoted by ListingPage customer service by email or a phone call later when appointment time is confirmed. The Travel Fee compensates some of our time on traffic, wear-and-tear on vehicles, and fuel costs for the extended travel. Check below for your reference:

Photography Service Preparation

Normally, ListingPage photographers will show up on time for appointments, the customer service team will contact the realtors if there is an unforeseen delay.

Please make sure the property is ready for photo shooting. ListingPage is not responsible for any improper landscaping, interior display during the shooting time. We are not responsible for cleaning and organizing the property, and we do not undertake any consequences due to renovation or staging issues. It's agents/owners' responsibility to ensure the property is cleaned and organized. Our photographers/technicians are NOT allowed to change any property current setups or move any items without agents'/owners' permission. We suggest the client or agent/owner of the property to thoroughly de-clutter prior to our arrival. Taking off the personal belongings and daily stuff in the property as much as possible and keeping the property clean and bright. Also make sure all lightings work well so we can avoid some dark shadow.

The following is a list of things you might like to check before the appointment:

Exterior

  • Clean landscape. Mow lawns and clear driveway. If the outdoor landscape is a very strong part of the property, please consider hiring a landscape professional.
  • Colorful flowers and potted plants always help.
  • Remove vehicles or keep in the garage and close the garage door.
  • Tidy up tools, toys, and coil outside water hoses.
  • Tidy up deck, BBQ area. (In summer), position outdoor furniture & cushions.
  • Make sure your hot tub is clean and full to ensure a good picture with the lid up.
  • Clean windows.

Interior

  • Please arrange for pets to be relocated during the shoot. Remove all signs of pets (bowls, rugs, pillows, toys).
  • The ListingPage onsite team has the absolute right to cancel the appointment if animals are not crate safely on the premises in the property. Clients will be charged $49 On-site surcharge per trip plus the travel fee if the cancellation happens due to this reason. If photographers/technicians get hurt by the non-crated animals from the property, and without the awareness of the animals, The clients (agent and owner) will take full responsibility for any compensation that may occur.
  • Make sure that all light globes are working where you want to photograph - both indoor and outdoor, even during the daytime.
  • Clear kitchen countertops. Leave a maximum of 1-2 appliances per countertop area.
  • Empty bathrooms of toiletries. Polish windows, doors and mirrors. Toilet lids down.
  • Fix or replace blinds and curtains if necessary. It is very hard to exclude those items from the pictures.
  • Declutter rooms and position the furniture in their best places.
  • Colorful flowers, (fresh or fake) and battery powered candles improve any scene.
  • Set the dining table with your best dinner setting and candles if you like that look.
  • Remove all Post-Its, magnets, kid's drawings, personal photos from the fridge and walls. (Blurring/photoshop fees will be applied if the clients want to remove/hide these after the session, $10/each photo)

Photo Dimension

Photos are provided with three sizes (HD file, 1000 pixel wide, 650 pixel wide). ListingPage does not resize, retouch, or change pictures provided by clients.


3D Model Expiration

The 3D matterport model will be hosted 60 days for free from the date of appointment. There will be a $20 extended hosting fee per 60 days after.

If the clients want to extend the hosting for another 60 days, they need to pay for the extended hosting fee 7 days before the free hosting expires. If the client does not extend the hosting, the 3D model will expire after 60 days and be permanently deleted from the Matterport server and the model can not be restored.

ListingPage is not responsible for model loss due to late response by clients.


Schematic Floor Plan

Floor plan service price is based on the total measured living area which does not include Garage, Deck, Patio, Opening Space and unfinished basement (please notify us prior to the session if you have special requirements). Only the finished spaces will be included into the total measured living area calculation. Whereas, Garage, Deck, Patio, Opening Space and Unfinished Basement area are not accounted into final area calculation. Price will be adjusted based on the rate on our website if the final area over the initial estimated quotation.

Schematic Floor Plans include GIA (Gross Internal Area) measurements. GIA is defined as the floor area contained within the building, measured to the internal face of the external walls.


Included:

  • Floor area of the house from interior wall to interior wall
  • Small closets

Not included:

  • Exterior areas of the house such as decks, patios, and balconies
  • Garages
  • Areas below 5 ft (1.5 m) tall such as crawl spaces and under inclined ceilings

Areas below 5 ft (1.5 m) in height are indicated by a dotted line on your Schematic Floor Plan.

Each room has its own measurements. Measuring points for each room are indicated by the arrow marks on the walls.

Brochure Design & Printing

Step 1:

Clients can start to draft the brochure design through the ListingPage Agent Account (need to login), when finishing the design, click the “SAVE” button to save the design draft, then click “Order Printing” in the Pop-up Window to place the print order. Clients can choose either to deliver the brochure to a designated address or pick them up in our office.


Step 2:

ListingPage design team will receive your printing order once you finish step 1, and the print work will be started on the same day if you place the print order before 4PM. ListingPage is not responsible for the delay due to the late submitting of the files. It is clients' responsibility to check all the design details, including but limited to, layout, color, wording, agent info etc. ListingPage is not responsible for any mistakes because of client provided information. Proofreading is not included in our services.


Step 3:

Once the printed brochure is ready, clients will receive an email notification for pickup or delivery.


Pick Up Address:

Pick Up Option is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you through email once it is available.


Print Delivery

The cut-off time for brochure printing order is 4PM EDT (Monday-Friday). If the printing order is submitted after 4PM, it takes another business day to be ready. The delivery service will be provided by UPS Canada, it usually takes 1-2 business days to complete the delivery in your local service area.


Examples:

Submitting Printing Order before 4PM - Monday - Brochures are ready for pick up/delivery on Tuesday morning.

Submitting Printing Order after 4PM - Monday - Brochures are ready for pick up/delivery on Wednesday morning.

Submitting Printing Order before 4PM - Friday - Brochures are ready for pick up on Saturday morning, or delivery on next Tuesday.

Submitting Printing Order after 4PM - Friday - Designer will check email on next Monday and it needs 1 business day printing.

Pricing

ListingPage has the absolute right to update prices on the website, most up-to-date pricing can be found on www.listingpage.ca

The quoted service prices on the ListingPage website should be based on actual information of properties, such as property size, location, complexity of work, etc. ListingPage will provide proper recommendations based on these factors. Clients agree to pay for an adjusted invoice based on mutual consents. ListingPage is not responsible for any unexpected results because of incorrect information.

In case in a completely paid order, the real price is less than the quoted price on the website due to the incorrect information or any other reason, ListingPage will convert the difference to credit under client's account for the next service or refund the difference to client within 7 business days after the completion of the service.

Clients agree to incur additional costs or pay full package price for the partial work that is completed during the allotted time for the appointment if the property is not properly staged or prepared prior to the arrival of the onsite team.

Payment

The payment is required for all orders within 3 business days of the appointment date. If the payment is not received on time, ListingPage has the absolute right to disable all files and web pages access.

We accept two payment options:


1. Online Credit Card Payment (Recommended)

Our online payment link is encrypted and 100% secure, we cannot reach your credit card information. You can pay your bill by using your Credit Card through the payment link. The photo download link and other service files will be automatically accessible when the full payment is made.


2. Interac Email Transfer

You can e-transfer the billing amount to [email protected] , The files will be released once the payment is confirmed by ListingPage customer service.


* Clients understand that all the service bills will be charged 13% HST.

Liability

Clients will assume all risks for damage and loss resulting from the preparation, assembly, use and operation of ListingPage products and services. Clients agree to release ListingPage from all liability for any damage or loss resulting from client use of the products and services. Clients will indemnify ListingPage against all claims and expenses, including legal fees, on a full indemnity basis, arising from injury to person or property resulting from the preparation, assembly, use and operation of the products and services.

Service Deliverables

All the photos, floor plans, pdf brochures will be delivered in one website URL, this link includes a QR code for quick share option too. The web page is under the listingpage.ca domain and ListingPage is not responsible for transferring the data to different web domains.

The property website/ listing pages (branded & non-branded links) will expire in 12 months from booking date. Clients need to pay $20 Tour Extending Fee for additional 12 months.

Photo Copyrights and Usage

All works produced for the clients may be used by clients for general marketing associated with the current sale of the photographed property in accordance with local MLS rules. Marketing in larger publications or as a special feature in print requires that photos be marked with the following copyright notice near the photos printed: "Copyright © ListingPage". Copyright in work (photos, videos, floor plans and other artistic and intellectual property) shall be owned entirely by ListingPage.

A license is granted only to the clients and not to any third party. The license is only valid from the time full-payment for services have been made. Client agrees that any usage of the photos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by ListingPage.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

LISTINGPAGE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND ARE MADE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE.
